International Women's Day at Just Sunnies
Stronger together, this year, the team celebrated International Women's Day by sharing their favourite traits about the women they work alongside every day.

What are your favourite traits of Xenia?
Xenny girl is a wonderful employee to work alongside, her commitment and dedication to her work are second to none and she has become a great friend of mine since working together.
What do they do each day that inspires you?
Xen goes above and beyond wherever she is needed; she's always the first one to jump in and put her hand up to assist whoever is in need of help within the company.

What are your favourite traits of Emma?
Her calm demeanour and sense of humour.
What do they do each day that inspires you?
Hearing the way Emma connects and builds rapport with her customers - she takes the time to listen to everyone that calls through and shows initiative to try and help each and every customer for the best possible outcome. Connecting with people and accepting tough situations can be a tough job, but Emma does it with such a calm presence and a professional tone, it shows dedication and loyalty to the company.

My favourite traits of Grace are how approachable, kind and inclusive she is. Everything with her is effortless!

Grace always finds positivity in every situation. Her confidence in all that she does is inspiring.

Generous - with her energy, time, support and everything else.

For someone with a face for sunglasses (looks good in everything), I would choose the Saint Laurent SL 557 Shade. It's a petite rectangular frame that not everyone can pull off unless you are Hailey Bieber or Grace, of course.

What are your favourite traits of Laura?
Laura shares many traits that I just adore so it’s hard to choose one. She is hardworking, caring and passionate (and so much fun!).

She always tackles work and life with complete dedication and an inspiring attitude.

As well as being highly self-driven, Chantelle always finds the time to help others with kindness and genuine interest.

What are your favourite traits of Ana?
Ana is so positive - always smiling and always kind. She is the first to offer help and always shows gratitude to her team. Such a breath of fresh air.

She is so hardworking and takes stress in her stride, never letting it show! No matter how much is on her plate she will always find time to see how your weekend was, how your day has been, etc.
