How much is shipping & how long will it take?

Orders within Australia

All Australian orders are sent by express post and usually arrive within 2 to 3 days from the day of shipping.

The shipping cost is $10.00 or FREE for orders over $150.00.

International Orders

International orders take between 10 - 21 working days to arrive from the day of shipping.

International shipping is $28.00.

How long is the warranty on my sunglasses?

All sunglasses sold on Just Sunnies come with the standard manufacturers warranty which is usually a minimum of 12 months.

Specific warranty information is available for each brand by clicking the "Warranty" button on the brand page.

Will my sunglasses come with a case or accessories?

The sunglasses case & accessories differ for each brand of sunglasses. And specific information can be found under the "Accessories" button on each brand page.

All our sunglasses ship with the manufacturer supplied case (if applicable) and accessories, exactly the same as if you purchase your sunglasses through a physical store.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

When your order is shipped you will receive an order update by email. If you are within Australia and your order was sent more than 7 days ago please contact us and we will follow up the order with Australia Post.

For international orders please allow a minimum of 15 working days before contacting us.

Can I exchange/return my sunglasses?

If you need to exchange/return your sunglasses please fill out the return authorisation form within 7 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or credit note. All returns will incur a $15 shipping & handling fee.

Can I refund my order?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards as well as bank deposit. For full payment details view our payments page.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order using the Order Tracking page. You will require your order number and email address. Each time your order is updated you will receive an email alert of the update.

Are all your sunglasses brand new?

Yes all our sunglasses are brand new and come with the full manufacturers warranty.

Do you sell prescription sunglasses?

Yes. A portion of the sunglasses available are prescriptable, if a pair of sunglasses is prescribable it will say so in the sunglasses description.

The following brands have prescription sunglasses Spotters Sunglasses, Oroton Sunglasses, Dior Sunglasses, Gucci Sunglasses, Morrissey Sunglasses and Flint.
