TECHLITE POLARIZED GLASS
Techlite Polarized Glass lenses produce clarity, optical precision, and comfort that surpass all expectations. By absolutely minimizing lens thickness to provide a 20% weight reduction over most other glass lenses, the total frame weight rivals any glass lens sunglass on the market. 
All Techlite Polarized Glass lenses utilize a multi-layer Anti-Reflective (AR) mirror coating on the inside of every lens to absorb back light effects. A permanent hydrophobic coating protects the lens and mirror coatings by repelling water, dirt, fingerprints, and grease. 

CARBONIC LENS
: Impact resistant polarized optics providing great value and glare reduction.


CARBONIC TLT: Engineered to be the most impact resistant lens material in the world, Carbonic TLT lenses are optically corrected to maximize visual clarity and object definition. Carbonic TLT polarized and non-polarized lenses are ideal for sport and casual use. 


CR39
: A lightweight advanced polymer, it has a high abrasion and scratch resistance. Fashion forward colorations and gradient fades complement excellent optical clarity.
SMITH POLARIZATION: This layer in the lens, blocks out 99.9% of reflective glare making long summer days a breeze on your eyes.Blocking glare off horizontal surfaces like snow, water, and asphalt.
POLARCHROMIC: With Smith Polar-chromic we combine the glare-free benefits of advanced polarization with UV sensitive, self-tint-adjusting photo-chromic technology to bring you the most advanced sunglass lenses we have ever created. Smith Polar-chromic never wears out or gets tired lasting the life of the your sunglasses. Versatile and comfortable, Smith Polar-chromic lenses automatically darken or lighten as a response to the level of light you are exposed to. 
HYDROPHOBIC COATING: Repels moisture, grease, and grime. A barrier between your lenses and the world, water will bead up and disperse without streaking. Smudges from fingerprints are wiped clean easily.

GRILAMID-TR90 
Resilient, tough and flexible Grilamid® TR90 is an exceedingly light and durable plastic that will maintain its shape under all temperature conditions.
HANDMADE ACETATE: A 33-step handcrafted process that features the inclusion of wire-core temples for a customized fit. A huge variety of rich color combinations that possess depth and have a distinct character are made possible with this material.
EVOLVE: For over 40 years Smith has been a steward of the outdoors. Great days in the water, dirt, and snow are made better when we protect the environment as well. By utilizing a new material called Rilsan® Clear, we are creating lightweight, durable, and fully transparent sunglass frames that are over 53% bio-based. Created from easily renewable, non-genetically modified castorplants, the Rilsan® Clear material frame is combined with FSC certified packaging and a coconut fiber storage bag. Not to be forgotten, each logo plaque is ‘finished’ with a clear water-based protective coating. The end result is a fully considered sunglass and a clearer conscience.
TECHNOLOGY METALS: Sculptural elements are expertly cast into durable lightweight alloys. Choose from a wide range of world-class, investment-quality gold, silver, platinum and chrome tints. Adding these precious metals to your portfolio will, most certainly, improve your stock and up your game.
HYDROPHILIC MEGOL: Placed at the nose and on the temple tips, this material gently grips your skin to help keep your frame in place. The gripping power increases when introduced to moisture.

How to make a warranty claim or have your sunglasses repaired:

• Package your sunglasses (inside their Protective case) in a sturdy box with padding before posting.
• Alternatively see your local stockist, as they should be able to help, or post back to us with our Repair and Warranty claim form.
