Just Sunnies is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned sunglasses for exchange or full refund*. A $15 Processing Fee applies to all refunds. Please return goods unworn with packaging and swing tickets attached.

For Australian orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 30 days from arrival date). For International orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days from arrival). The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. If you require an exchange, we post your exchanged order back to you free of charge.

If you're not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days from purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Please note all refunds incur a $15 processing fee. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear into your account.

If the returned item was damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the incorrect item, we will gladly pay for the return shipping cost upon assessment, as well as the shipping for the new item.
In the case of reimbursement of shipping, a postage receipt is required to be sent with the return.
If the returned item was what you ordered, but didn't turn out exactly what you were hoping for, then we ask that you pay for returning shipping cost.
