Delivery times provided by Justsunnies.com are estimates only. Justsunnies.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damages relating to late deliveries.

International Customs Charges

Changes to pricing - Typographical Errors

3. The original tags are attached

Justsunnies.com recommend you post your items via traceable post (eg. Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post). Justsunnies.com will not be responsible for lost parcels.
Repairs and warranties
Justsunnies.com have no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods or advise what they will be. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process.
In the case you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Justsunnies.com cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is received with damages or a fault, you are entitled to return the order for a full refund, or exchange.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise online, or any Just Sunnies store.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
