RETURNS & REFUNDS

As JustSunnies.com.au is an internet business we will happily exchange items within 7 days that are the wrong size or style for you.

Returns & Exchanges

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • The items must be returned to us in their original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be attached and in original condition (no torn boxes).
  • We ask that you send us a copy of your receipt with the item you purchased.
  • A $15 shipping & handling fee is payable on all returns.
  • Fill in a return authorisation form and include it with the sunglasses you are returning.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.
