My husbands Carve sunglasses were on deaths door and looking on the Just Sunnies website I couldn’t tell which was the ones we wanted to replace. I emailed and asked if I could send a photo, could they try match it. Their salespeople replied promptly suggesting it might be the ‘checkmate’. We ordered the sunglasses online and they arrived within days! And they were a perfect match! Amazing service, great price and prompt delivery- very impressed!

I have made a few stops by your kiosk at the Pines and have always found the staff there to be most helpful with bright welcoming personalities.

I am from Canberra and I have never been to your store but I was impressed with the range of sun glasses you had in stock but mostly at the very personal service we received from Ana. I also noticed that while she was helping us, she was the only employee in the shop and when other potential clients walked into the shop and she didn't ignore them. She kept telling them that she won't be too long and she will be looking after them as soon as she was finish with us. It was hard for her as there was 3 of us eventually asking her opinion about what we thought we should get and when we did, she told us quickly what kind of glasses we were buying and the background on the designs etc. Very happy with your store and Ana! I bought a pair in October 2019, they were great sunnies, used daily. In mid January I was caught out in heavy rain while on a 10km walk, pushed the glasses up into hair and kept going. Very hot and very wet conditions for a couple of hours and when I got home realised that the shading laminate on the sunnies was destroyed. I have no idea why as there are no suncreams or hair products in use. When I took them in to the store they quickly and happily replaced them with a new pair. Great service, I will return for my yearly sunnies from this store!

She took the time to discuss my eye problems with Polarised lenses and helped me find the style and type that I needed. She wasn’t in it to just make a sale, she wanted me to have the perfect sunglasses for me.
