How do I join Sunny Perks?
Joining Sunny Perks is easy! Simply click the "Join Program" button at the top of this page and enter your details as prompted. To earn points when you shop, make sure to log in to your account via the account button at the top left of the website before making a purchase.
Can I earn points for previous purchases I made before I had a loyalty account?
Yes, any purchases made after 1st December 2024 that were not associated with a loyalty program are stored as "guest" transactions. Within 12 months of your purchase, if you join the loyalty program using the same email address, those points will be transferred to your account and can be used towards redeemable rewards. Once your account is created, you can enjoy all of the sunny benefits of the program and your tier.
I receive marketing emails from Just Sunnies, does that mean I am in Sunny Perks? 
No, our Sunny Perks program and our mailing list are separate from each other, though being part of both helps you maximise your points and rewards. To have a Sunny Perks account, you need to have created an account and password on our website.
If you are unsure, try logging in through "My Account" or contacting our customer service team via support@justsunnies.com.au.
How can I view my points balance? 
Log in to your account above to view your points balance and points history. Your total balance takes into account every points-earning action (e.g., placing an order, leaving a review), every points redemption and any refunds.
I need to refund my order, what happens to my points? 
If you need to return an item, any points earned for that amount spent will be deducted from your account. In the event of an exchange for the same value or more, your points balance will be adjusted accordingly.
I forgot my password, how can I access my account? 
Head to the login page and enter your email address. Underneath the password field, select "Forgot Password". This will trigger an email with instructions to reset your password.

Can I use my vouchers on anything?
Our loyalty vouchers are subject to our standard promotion details and exclusions found under the "Ongoing Offers & Promotions" tab in our terms & conditions. There is no minimum spend associated with each voucher. Details are below:

Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction. Each time you earn or redeem points, your points balance expiry is extended by 12 months—giving you plenty of time to redeem your points for vouchers before they expire! Points can not be redeemed for vouchers during promotions or double points events and vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
How do I redeem my Perks Points?
Points can be redeemed for 10% off your next order!
To redeem your points for a voucher, log in to the loyalty dashboard and select the voucher. You will then be provided with a unique single-use code to enter at checkout. Points can not be redeemed for vouchers during promotions or double points events.
Can I earn and redeem points in store?
For now, Sunny Perks is exclusive to online purchases. Although we are unable to redeem vouchers in-store, if you let our store team know that you are a Sunny Perks member, they can request to have your points balance updated with our support team.
Please note, all click-and-collect orders placed online for in-store collection are still treated as online purchases and are eligible to earn and redeem points within our loyalty program.
Can I earn points on everything?
Almost everything you purchase at Just Sunnies will earn Perks Points at a rate of 1 Perks Point per $1 AUD spent.
However, there are a couple of exclusions:
- AI Glasses – purchases of these items do not earn points.
- Gift Card Payments – purchases made with a Just Sunnies gift card do not earn points.

I don't want to be a loyalty member, how can I opt out? 
If you have a Just Sunnies account from 1st December 2024, you will automatically be a loyalty member and will earn points every time you shop. You do not have to redeem these points or use any of your benefits if you do not wish to do so.
If you no longer wish to receive emails regarding the loyalty transaction updates, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of those emails at any time.
If you wish to be removed from the program altogether, you can contact our team and request the deletion of your loyalty account, and we will process this for you.
I have purchased from Just Sunnies before, is my purchase history synced to my account? 
Any purchases from 1st December 2024 will be synced to existing accounts. If you missed this date, you will start earning points from your next purchase, review or social action!
Can I refer multiple friends to the loyalty program?
Yes, you can send out as many referral invites as you like. You will receive the referral voucher when your referred friend makes a purchase from Just Sunnies.
How do I enter the giveaways?
When we launch loyalty giveaways, members will be notified via social media, website pop-ups and email if they have opted into marketing emails.
To make sure you never miss a giveaway, ensure you have opted into our mailing list here. Not only do you get a welcome discount, you will also be the first to know about exclusive loyalty giveaways and events.
I forgot to log in, how do I get my points from my transaction?
If you forgot to log in to your account or checked out as a guest, within 12 months of the purchase you may reach out to our customer service team and request that your order be synced to your Just Sunnies account. This will update your points.
How do you earn points for a review?
Within 30 days of your purchase with Just Sunnies, you will be sent a review request to share your experience and your thoughts on the product(s). Reviews submitted by customers with a loyalty account will automatically be awarded points for this action.
Top tip - include a photo with your review for an extra points reward!
How do you earn points for a video?
Post a video to Instagram or TikTok showcasing your Just Sunnies experience—whether it's you wearing your sunnies, unboxing your order, or sharing a genuine review.
To earn points, your video must clearly feature Just Sunnies products. You must tag @justsunnies in the video and email your video link to support@justsunnies.com.au. Please note: Only one video submission per month will be eligible for points.
How do you earn points for following on social media?
In your account, head to "Sunny Perks" and scroll down to "Start earning Perks Points". Click on the box that says "Follow us on TikTok" or "Follow us on Instagram". You will be directed to our social profile where you can hit follow.
Once you are done, return to your account page and refresh the page. You will now see your updated points balance and the earn rule will show a tick next to it, showing it is completed.
Both follow actions can only be completed once and points will only be synced if the action is completed via the link in your account.
I have created multiple accounts, can I merge them?
In the event that you have multiple Sunny Perks accounts, and want to consolidate your points into one account, please contact our team. In some cases, we will be able to delete the unwanted account and update the points balance of the other account, however this will be determined on an account-by-account basis.
