• The promotional campaign period is valid from 12:01AM, December 1st, 2025 - 11:59PM, December 31st, 2025.
• This promotion applies only to Maui Jim Sunglasses sold through www.justsunnies.com and Just Sunnies retail stores in Australia (Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta, Elanora and Tweed Heads). 
• To qualify for entry, the entrant must purchase at least one (1) pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses during the promotional campaign period.
• All entrants who purchase Maui Jim sunglasses in-store and online during the campaign period must provide an email address to be eligible to win.
• One (1) order counts for one (1) entry.
• Returning your Maui Jim sunglasses (12:01AM December 1st, 2025 - 11:59PM, January 31st, 2026) will result in your entry being disqualified.
• Entries are only valid for purchases made in and shipped within Australia, excluding South Australia, Northern Territory and ACT. 
• The winner and guest must be a permanent Australian resident, excluding South Australia, Northern Territory and ACT residents at the time of drawing. 
• The major prize consists of the following:
• 2 X $4,000 and 1 X $2,000 Flight Centre Vouchers
• The total value of the prize pool is valued at $10,000.00 AUD (Gift voucher does not attract GST)
• *The winner can use the $10,000 travel voucher toward any destination/trip booked through flight center.
• Maui Jim and Just Sunnies reserve the right to refuse the Major Prize to any person, at any point, for any reason. 
• Maui Jim and Just Sunnies accept no responsibility for any damage, illness, injury, or loss of income, as a result of winning and/or redeeming the major prize.
• All taxes, duties and any other charges associated with the major prize are to be covered by the winner. Any cancellation fees associated with accepting and/or redeeming the prize will be at the cost of the winner. 
• The major prize will be drawn on February 2nd, 2026, at the Just Sunnies Head Office by Just Sunnies staff. The decision is final. 
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within one week (7 days) of the prize drawing. 
• The winner will have two weeks (14 days) from notification of winning to formally accept the prize in writing. 
• Should the winner not be able to accept the prize for any reason or fail to respond within the 2-week period, a re-draw will occur and the existing winner's notification becomes invalid. 
• The Major Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
