The Oakley Radar EV Advancer
As the latest addition to the Oakley Radar collection, the Radar EV Advancer is the most advanced version yet, designed with more features and technologies than its predecessors. The Advancer features a no-fog technology designed to open airflow while combatting fogging and overheating; this made possible through an adjustable nose piece that moves the frame and lens away from the face. The Oakley Radar EV Advancer with Prizm Road lenses enhances vision in both bright light and shadows. The Prizm Road lenses also sharpen the contrast of white and yellow road markings for that extra bit of safety when on the road.
Not just for the road, Oakley incorporated their Prizm Snow lens technology into the Advancers as an alternative to snow goggles. The Prizm Snow lens tint varieties are tailored to specific environments and conditions you might encounter on the mountain, increasing contrast and visibility when you need it most. The Prizm Snow Sapphire lenses have a light transmission range from 13-20%, making them perfect for a variety of conditions.

The Oakley Radar EV Path
The Oakley Radar EV Path is a popular choice for many athletes due to its generous coverage, comfortable fit and versatility. The Path’s large shield lens works in the cyclist’s favour by allowing a more expansive peripheral view when your head is down. Oakley has truly raised the bar in cycling sunglasses by making the EV Path durable and light with improved ventilation on the top of the lens.
Radar EV Path vs Pitch
A key difference between the Radar EV Path and Pitch comes down to the cheek clearance at the bottom of the lens. The Path has a curved upper edge at the bottom of the lens while the Pitch has a straight, angular cut. The Path is slightly smaller than the Pitch, the right fit comes down to personal preference and which style fits most comfortably on your face.
The Radar EV Path comes in a matte cool grey colourway with Prizm grey lenses which works best for bright light conditions while increasing colour contrast. Being a grey-based lens, this colour is the most neutral and comfortable to look through. This lens offers an impact protection feature, designed to ensure uncompromising protection against a range of demanding conditions.
From Oakley’s collaboration with artist Meguru Yamaguchi, the Path in Kokoro with Prizm Low Light lenses enhances visibility in low light and overcast conditions. The rose-based lens colour intensifies dull colour and contrast, however, this tint isn’t recommended for bright light conditions as it is a category 1 lens.

The Oakley Radar EV Pitch
The Oakley Radar EV Pitch is a hugely popular choice for cyclists and athletes for the same great reasons as the Path. With a slightly taller lens height, the Pitch is favoured by those after a larger fit and greater field of vision. Made with Oakley’s O Matter™ frame material with ellipse metal icon accents, the Pitch is favoured for its barely-there weight, which is extremely important during those long rides and runs. The Pitch offers unparalleled comfort and generous comfort, making this style a go-to for athletes that extend beyond cycling. This style features impact protection lenses that provide uncompromised protection in high-velocity circumstances.
The Oakley Radar EV Pitch comes in a Prizm Field lens, a performance-enhancing lens specifically designed for ball sports environments. Similar to the Prizm Road, the Prizm Field lens has a strong rose tint that boosts the critical colours while eliminating the distracting colours so you can see all the pivotal details on the field. The Prizm Field lens enhances contrast to make the ball appear more vivid, making it easier to track.
The Oakley Radar EV Pitch in Prizm Black Polarised lenses is a great all-rounder for all conditions, especially in bright light and high-glare situations. The Prizm Black lenses have a grey base making them comfortable to look through, while the Prizm technology heightens contrast instead of neutralising it.
